Just a suggestion,
Couldn't you keep the one you have and just search for a cruiser 5 decal and just use the 5 from it?

Ya, I could do that. I was just testing the waters to see if I could score a NOS one. I've had very good luck here with chainguards. The one I have has a few scratches so if possible, I'd like to replace it first.
If anyone has a NOS screen, I'd be interested in that as well.
