Philip, the default shipping option is outrageous, nothing I can do about it. If you choose the media mail option (at least I think it's media mail, might be parcel post) then it's much cheaper. I can sell you one directly for $34 ($30 + $4 media mail). My PayPal is: greenephantom@yahoo.com
I'm going to a major swap meet this Saturday, and selling books there (and will likely sell out, only about 9 on hand), so if you'd like one direct from me, get funds over before Friday (when I pack the truck for the swap) and I'll get a copy in the mail to you pronto.
Oh, and just FYI, most people use the Private Message feature on the forums instead of the Visitor Message feature, just how it's done.
    Cheers, Geoff

Philip, Shimano 105 will work just fine. I have a bias toward Campy components, but there's nothing wrong with Shimano, and 105 is a solid, dependable group.

If you are referring to Free Cycles Missoula, it is a community bike shop run by volunteers and funded with donations. It is pretty much DIY. FCM does not sell or ship bikes or parts outside of Missoula. If you know anyone in the Missoula area who knows what you want and is willing to visit our shop, have that person collect frames/parts and ship them to you. If you are asking me personally, the answer is: no.
