Schwinn Forums Rules of Usage

The purpose of these Rules of Usage is to provide basic information and a code of conduct for your use of the Schwinn Forums sites operated by Pacific Cycle, Inc. ("Pacific") on the World Wide Web of the Internet.

Continued appearance of a posting does not mean that the posting has been reviewed or approved by Pacific.

Comments by Users Are Not Endorsed by Pacific

Pacific does not necessarily endorse, support, sanction, encourage, verify, or agree with the comments, opinions, or statements posted on Schwinn Forums. Any information or material placed online, including advice and opinions, are the views and responsibility of those who post the statements, and does not necessarily represent the views of Pacific.

Proprietary Materials

You may not post or transmit any material of any nature, including, text, audio, software, animation or photographs, belonging to any person or party other than yourself, without the prior, written consent of such owner. Simply because material is available on the Internet does not mean it is in the public domain. The vast majority of materials on the Internet are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Also, the material available on Schwinn Forums is protected by copyright, owned either by Pacific or third party content providers, and may not be disseminated by you without the consent of the copyright owner.

Pacific neither endorses nor guarantees the accuracy of views, opinions, advice or statements made on Schwinn Forums. Pacific does not guarantee or endorse any products or services offered or sold and will not be responsible for any transactions between you and the seller.

Pacific collects no personally identifiable data about you, except that specifically and knowingly provided by you. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Pacific and its affiliates, employees, agents and representatives, and to hold them harmless, from any and all claims and liabilities (including attorneys fees) which may arise from your submissions, from your unauthorized use of material obtained through the Schwinn Forums, or from your violation of these rules, or from any such acts through your use of the Schwinn Forums.

Editing and Deletions

Pacific reserves the right, but undertakes no duty, to review, edit, move, or delete any material provided for display or placed on Schwinn Forums, in its sole discretion, without notice.

Equipment

You will be responsible for obtaining all equipment necessary to access Schwinn Forums, including computer hardware, modem and telephone charges and Internet access provider charges incurred.

Ownership of Messages

By posting messages on Schwinn Forums, you are granting Pacific a royalty free, perpetual, non-exclusive and irrevocable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display any posting by you (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now known or hereafter developed.
